Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is packaged and sent out, you will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way!

Please note that the processing time may change during holiday and peak business times. An update will be added during any expected delays.

Domestic Shipping Methods

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States (we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time) using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Free Shipping 

Free ground shipping is available to all eligible US orders over $50 (this can include clearance and gift card purchases as well) and will be automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) typically takes 2-6 business days to arrive after the order is marked shipped.

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive after the order is marked shipped.

Please note: these estimated shipping dates do not include the 1-3 business day processing time. The estimated times are subject to change based on location, address errors, or any other potential delays.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is included with all orders. Once your order has been marked shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number provided. You can also access your tracking number by going to your Account page or contacting us with your order number and name at hello@elliedane.com 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the contiguous United States at this time due to the hazard of shipping nail polish by air. Our goal is to expand and make our products available to our international customers as well sometime in the future. Stay tuned for updates on our website or email updates by signing up here. 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be either unused or lightly used. The item will be defected (we will not return it to our inventory for hygiene and safety reasons) from our inventory and a refund will be issued upon arrival and inspection of your returned item. Any products that are returned heavily used (more than a minimal amount of the nail polish missing) will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can go to your customer account page or contact us at hello@elliedane.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Mailing nail polish will require a hazard label to be printed as well, and we will include a link to print one out to attach to your return. To make it easier, we recommend keeping the box your order arrived in, and sending it back with the hazard label already attached.
